We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nocturnist Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dynamic emergency medicine teams at Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers. This full-time, overnight position offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight shifts in the Emergency Department
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of emergent and acute conditions
- Perform procedures within your scope of practice (e.g., laceration repair, splinting, arthrocentesis, incision & drainage)
- Collaborate closely with emergency physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- 24/7 attending physician coverage on-site
- 7p-5am shift
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of emergency medicine or acute care experience preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong clinical acumen and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy abilities

- Admission Rate: 24%
- APP Coverage: 50 hours daily
- Physician Coverage:82 hours daily
