nThe Job You Will Perform:
nThis position is responsible for leading and directing elements of the Bogalusa Mechanical Reliability Team. The successful candidate will be expected to manage in a goal-oriented environment to deliver targeted results in areas of safety, employee engagement and reliability excellence.
nThis position leads efforts in maintaining and troubleshooting problems with mill-wide equipment and systems and will establish root cause of failures. The expectation is to provide ongoing improvements in mill-wide reliability. The incumbent must provide effective planning to achieve timely repairs.

Guide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, facilities, control loops and safety/security systems.

Lead Development effort and keep criticalities current.

Preventative Maintenance: Partner with key stakeholders to ensure communication is effective between core teams and technicians.

RCFA Facilitation: Champion the use of RCFA for the area. ensures engagement of workforce, proper root causes identified, and action items are completed.

Prepare and lead monthly Reliability Review Meetings with the Department.

Participate in Capital Plan and Repair Plan development.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

5-10 years' experience (manufacturing facility required) with a strong technical and maintenance background

Ability to manage and lead multiple projects

Proficient with Microsoft and SAP-PM Applications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
n n - n
Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels

Strong leadership skills
