Max Pay : $31/hr to $35.24/hr on W2
Job Description :
This position will provide product support for a variety of elevator components and mechanical systems while supporting the dual sourcing initiative.
The position will play a crucial role in evaluating opportunities, supporting the supply chain and materials teams, and integrating new component designs into existing systems, while working to meet agreed upon cost and schedule commitments.
Typical responsibilities:
include product life cycle maintenance, cost reduction projects, and product improvements centered around supplier feedback and changes. Responsibilities will also include analyzing, designing, and modifying elevator components.
Required Skill Set :
The candidate should be able to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical assembly drawings, and sometimes building plans in order to analyze complex problems and identify root cause issues and develop innovative solutions.
The ability to work across engineering disciplines and supply chain stakeholders is critical.
The candidate must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate effectively working on cross-functional teams in order to work closely with manufacturing operations, supply management, contract logistics, finance, and field support to ensure designs are compatible with requirements from across the organization.
Education Qualification :
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
