Experience Level: 5 years
We are seeking Civil Engineering Project Managers with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support ongoing residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This is an in-office position located in Chantilly, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project design and development from concept through construction.
  • Oversee preparation of CAD drawings, grading, drainage, utility layouts, and roadway design.
  • Manage erosion & sediment control plans and stormwater management (SWM) design.
  • Coordinate with engineers, county officials, clients, and review agencies.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience in Northern Virginia land development.
  • Strong knowledge of design standards for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
  • EIT preferred; PE licensure is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $120,000.00
