Project Manager - Civil Engineering

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Managers to lead and manage land development and water resource projects. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with technical depth and proven experience in site design, permitting, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project design and development from concept through construction.
n
• Oversee preparation of CAD drawings, grading, drainage, utility layouts, and roadway design.
n
• Manage erosion & sediment control plans and stormwater management (SWM) design.
n
• Coordinate with engineers, county officials, clients, and review agencies.
n
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
n
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
n

Qualifications:

n
• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
n
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience in Northern Virginia land development.
n
• Strong knowledge of design standards for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
n
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
n
• EIT ; PE licensure is a plus.
n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
n
