The RVPS will also be expected to build a high-performing sales team by recruiting top sales talent and ensuring the team is equipped with the best practices and resources to maximize market share. Candidates for the Regional Vice President of Business Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or National Board Approved Licensure, with a minimum of 2 years in sales management and at least 3 years of experience in the industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
