Responsibilities:
- Implements and sustains BDPS work process for the manufacturing unit.
- Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of standards.
- Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers the knowledge to the operator and technical associates.
- Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
- Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
- Responsible for manufacturing unit change control including validation activities, root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.
- Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
- Ensures safety of all associates and quality of product.
- Ensures new manufacturing processes and process improvements meet Manufacturing Unit objectives.
- Ensures equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
- nalyzes current state of equipment efficiency to drive OEE improvement and sustainability.
- Levels of Supervision: None, Small Team (1-~10), Medium Team (~10-20) or Large Team (?20).

- High School Diploma/GED: Required
- ssociates Degree: Preferred
- BA/BS Degree - Preferred - Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- In lieu of BA/BS degree, 3-5 years of Technical or Manufacturing experience required.
- 2 years medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
- 3 years people leading experience preferred.
