to join our New Canaan team as we help clients move better, recover faster, and live healthier lives.

StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, helping people of all ages and activity levels improve flexibility, mobility, and overall performance. With over 450 locations nationwide and 12 locations across NY and CT, we are proud to be at the forefront of the
boutique wellness and recovery industry .
Our New Canaan, CT studio is a vibrant, client-focused space backed by a strong team culture and a commitment to professional development.
The Role: Flexologist
Location: New Canaan, CT Pay: $24–$28 per hour + tips & commission Schedule Options: Part-time (20–29 hrs/week) or Full-time (30–40 hrs/week)
What You’ll Do:
Provide personalized, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Educate clients on the health benefits of mobility and flexibility Assess client movement patterns and customize stretch routines accordingly Build relationships to encourage membership growth and client retention Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment

Who We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate has a background in fitness, bodywork, or movement-based practices. We encourage applications from:
Certified Personal Trainers (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) or Chiropractic Assistants Yoga & Pilates Instructors Kinesiology or Exercise Science graduates Athletic Coaches or Dancers
Key Qualifications:
Passion for wellness, movement, and client care At least 1 year of experience in bodywork, fitness, or health preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, punctual, and a team player
Training & Onboarding:
All new hires go through our
Flexologist Training Program , which includes ~30 hours of expert-led instruction through webinars and in-studio workshops. You’ll be paid for your training, and there’s no cost to you.
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive hourly pay: $24–$28/hour + tips and sales commission Flexible scheduling options Full-time benefits include: health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Free StretchLab membership + retail discounts Ongoing education & career development in the fitness and recovery space
