Role Overview:
- Location: USA (Remote with travel required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies for the North American market.
- Identify new market opportunities while managing and growing relationships with existing clients.
- Promote advanced micro-encapsulation and refined fish oil technologies to customers in the health, wellness, and nutrition industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with key industry clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Food Science preferred, though not required.
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in omega-3 ingredients or the broader nutraceuticals/functional foods industry.
- Strong understanding of the Omega-3 market, industry trends, and key players.
- Well-established network within the North American omega-3 sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
