The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a corporate or professional office environment, with excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting coordination
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain security protocols for guest sign-in and access
- 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role in a professional office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volume gracefully
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Highly organized, punctual, and dependable
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
