Receptionist - University City, San Diego
A well-respected and established law firm in University City, San Diego, is seeking a professional and polished High-Level Receptionist to join their dynamic team. This is an outstanding direct hire opportunity with a company known for its excellence, integrity, and supportive work culture.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and legal professionals, providing a welcoming and professional environment while handling a variety of front office responsibilities with discretion and accuracy. This is a permanent opportunity offering $26-$29 per hour, along with benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, guests, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
- Manage conference room scheduling and coordinate meeting logistics
- Maintain the reception area to reflect the firm's professional standards
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Assist with administrative projects as needed, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or administrative work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Full-time
- Onsite
- Monday- Friday
- 8:00am - 5:00pm PST
- Location: University City, San Diego
- Direct hire role
- Compensation: $26.00- $29.00 per hour DOE
