Management of Avaya Aura suite of products including CM, AES, SMGR, SM, SBC, Messaging and integration with Genesys. - Oracle Session Border Controller management - Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing. - Genesys Cloud management. - Carrier Voice Network Management. - Voice Security /Fraud Detection - 3rd Party connectivity management. This position also is expected to provide after hours and weekend on call support
Salary Range- $80,000-$110,000 a year
