RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Bilingual Spanish Native preferred
- Recent associate degree or bachelor's degree
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proof of reliable history of punctuality and presence to school and or work
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required
