Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage project costs, forecasts, and reports
- Handle RFIs, submittals, invoices, and contract documentation
- Support procurement, scheduling, and project startup/closeout
- Assist with safety, quality, and risk management
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Support Project Manager in day-to-day operations
Are you ready to bring your skills to a company where your impact truly matters? We're seeking motivated professionals with:
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management and 2+ years of experience in civil construction - or 3+ years of hands-on experience in the field
- Solid understanding of field operations, construction practices, and project workflows
- Familiarity with Viewpoint and scheduling software (a plus!)
- A strong communicator and relationship-builder who can lead through influence , drive change, and deliver results across teams
