Adecco is currently assisting the Lake Barkley State Resort Park in Cadiz, KY to fill several Cook positions. This is a long-term immediate need opportunity. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Pay Rate: $13.30 per hour, paid weekly

n

Responsibilities for these positions include:

n

· Prepares food items using standardized recipes in a timely manner

n

· Determines food and supplies needed and coordinate meal production with serving hours.

n

· Prepares all special dietary need as directed by the menus.

n

· Monitors all food items to see that at least the minimum guidelines for temperature, taste, and quality are always upheld.

n

· Ensures the proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and standardized recipes.

n

· Tastes and prepares food to determine quality.

n

· Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.

n

· Assists with orientation and training of new kitchen employees.

n

· Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.

n

· Attends all in-services as required.

n

· Follows all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling.

n

· Assists with proper documentation of temperature logs, taste panel forms, and cleaning schedules.

n

· Washing dishes and pans

n

· Clean and sanitize

n

· Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

n

Qualifications:

n

· Previous experience in fine dining preferred.

n

· Successful completion of recognized food safety course preferred.

n
