Overview of Responsibilities:
? Conduct patient intake and assessments by rooming patients, taking vital signs, obtaining medical history, and preparing them for examinations and procedures
? Support clinical procedures including administering medications, assisting with minor surgeries, performing specimen collection, and providing patient education as directed
? Deliver high-quality women's health care support by assisting with gynecological exams, IUD procedures, and prenatal care, while maintaining a sensitive and supportive environment
? Manage patient communications by responding to inquiries, relaying messages, and providing follow-up instructions under the provider's guidance
? Ensure clinical readiness and safety through the maintenance of clean, stocked exam rooms, accurate documentation in the EHR, and adherence to privacy standards
? Provide administrative support by coordinating patient flow, processing referrals and prior authorizations, managing medical supply inventory, and assisting with appointment scheduling
Requirements:
? CMA Certification through the Washington State DOH
? Tenor in previous roles
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
? 1+ years of experience in a specialty
Additional Skills:
? EPIC Experience
Schedule/Shift:
Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Contract Length:
700 hours. Opportunity to convert to permanent hire after satisfactory completion of contract.
Pay:
MA: $22 - $29 (Dependant on experience)
