nAs a System Design Control Account Manager (CAM) you will be responsible for managing multiple System Design Control Accounts, accomplishing the following:
n• Ensuring compliance with EVM principles in an Agile environment
n• Adequately forecasting IMS dates
n• Identifying and mitigating risks
n• Planning work scope
n• Managing scope changes and explaining variances incurred

nYou are an experienced Systems Engineer with a passion for organization, leadership, and attention to detail. You excel in managing cross-functional teams, have a strong background in systems engineering and configuration management, and are confident in your ability to navigate complex projects. Your expertise ensures effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders while delivering results aligned with program objectives.

nBasic Qualifications:
n- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in an engineering or STEM related discipline with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
n- CAM Experience
nDesired Skills:
n- PPM 101
n- Agile EVM experience
n- Requirements management experience
n- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills and strong Interpersonal Skills
n- Experience working on Agile teams and/or projects
n- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams

n- Ability to identify risks, opportunities and develop mitigation strategies
n- Familiarity with PPMP-01 and PPMP-02

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
