nYou will be a Systems Engineer Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the Simulation & System Labs (SSL) Team. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining Aviation Simulation Systems utilized for systems development from concept design through production and delivery.
nWhat You Will Be Doing
nAs a CAM in SSL, you will be assigned to the Advanced Development Programs (ADP). As an experienced Systems Engineer with a passion for organization, leadership, and attention to detail, you excel in managing cross-functional teams, have a strong background in systems engineering and configuration management, and are confident in your ability to navigate complex projects. As such, you will be responsible for managing multiple ADP Control Accounts, accomplishing the following:
n• Ensuring compliance with EVM principles in an Agile environment
n• Adequately forecasting IMS dates
n• Identifying and mitigating risks
n• Planning work scope
n• Managing scope changes and explaining variances incurred
n• Coordination with laboratory system development teams and laboratory customers to effectively address new capability requests for the laboratories

nYou will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
nThis position may require unique program security clearances that will be initiated upon selection and acceptance in filling this position.
nBasic Qualifications:
n• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in an engineering or STEM related discipline
n• CAM Experience
nDesired Skills:
n• PPM 101
n• Agile EVM experience
n• Requirements management experience
n• Modeling, Simulation, or Lab experience
n• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills and strong Interpersonal Skills
n• Experience working on Agile teams and/or projects
n• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams
n• Jira experience
n• Ability to identify risks, opportunities and develop mitigation strategies
n• Familiarity with PPMP-01 and PPMP-02

nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
