Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and operational execution for Women's and Children's Services across two hospitals.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop nurse managers and frontline teams in Obstetrics, Pediatrics, and NICU.
- Oversee clinical and financial performance to ensure patient-centered, high-quality care delivery.
- Foster partnerships with medical staff and community stakeholders to strengthen and expand service lines.
- Champion evidence-based practices and innovative delivery models in maternal and pediatric care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Licensure & Education:
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Labor & Delivery or Obstetrics
- Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership in a hospital setting
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Required
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) - Preferred
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams toward clinical and operational excellence
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial management and strategic planning
- Passion for mentoring and professional development of nursing leaders
