Account Executive - Full-Cycle Sales
Location: Hybrid (Hamilton, NJ) - Strong preference for candidates in NJ or the Philadelphia metro area. Weekly in-person meetings and occasional travel for conferences required.

We manage everything from scheduling to results, simplifying the process for clients and ensuring quality, positive screening experience, and efficiency across all services.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This is a high-impact, full-cycle role managing everything from prospecting and demos to proposals and closing.
You'll be the first dedicated sales hire at NMS Health, stepping into a role previously handled by senior leadership. Your focus will be driving new business, building a strong pipeline, and laying the foundation for a scalable sales function. This role offers high visibility and strong potential for future leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage qualified prospects through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Consultative Sales Process: Conduct discovery calls and tailored product demos that align NMS Health's services with each prospect's health screening needs.
- Pipeline & Forecast Management: Use Salesforce to actively manage leads and opportunities, forecast revenue, and track movement through each stage of the sales cycle.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Craft compelling, customized proposals and lead negotiations to close deals.
- RFP Response Management: Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with thoughtful, complete submissions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Client Transition Oversight: Ensure a seamless post-sale handoff by coordinating onboarding, setup, and documentation with Portfolio Managers and internal teams.
- Sales Reporting & Leadership Communication: Deliver regular performance updates and insights to leadership, highlighting pipeline progress, wins, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Technology, and Portfolio Managers to align efforts and deliver cohesive solutions to clients.
- Market & Industry Awareness: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify strategic sales opportunities and refine outreach strategies.
- Sales Technology Utilization: Leverage a modern sales stack including Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Calendly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Vidyard to drive efficient, scalable outreach.
- Event & Conference Participation: Represent NMS Health at 1-3 conferences or industry events annually to generate leads and stay informed on market trends.
- 2-5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (healthcare, technology, or other service-oriented/compliance-driven industries preferred)
- Strong prospecting and outbound lead generation skills
- Excellent discovery, presentation, and closing capabilities
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
KPIs are reviewed monthly and benchmarked quarterly.

- Sales Conversion Rate (lead to closed deal)
- Proposal Win Rate (proposals to signed contracts)
- Quarterly Bookings (projected annualized revenue closed)
- Client Handoff Feedback & Retention Health
- Base Salary: $76,000
- Commission: 5% on new revenue realized within the first 12 months of a client's onboarding (paid quarterly)
- Residuals: 1% on realized revenue from closed clients starting after month 12, continuing while employed and capped at 24 months unless a renewal process has been initiated
- Bonuses: Up to $20,000 per deal, based on new revenue realized within the first 12 months.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- Year 1: $95,000
- Year 2: $128,000
