nPOSITION SUMMARY:
nThe Food & Beverage Cook will effectively manage all aspects of a Food & Beverage Area. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional food, beverage, and service experience for all our guests.
nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

- Directly align with the venue's Mission Statement and Core Values n
- Manage the daily production, preparation & presentation of all food for the facility's food & beverage and special events to ensure quality consistent product is produced that meets venue standards n
- Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising all food & beverage Team Members n
- Open, supervise, operate, and close concession's locations n
- Monitor quality control constantly n
- Assist F&B Manager in weekly and monthly inventory counting n
- Effectively manage all cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas in assigned Food & Beverage Area n
- Ensure highest levels of food safety & sanitation are being maintained n
- Communicate kitchen equipment repair needs in a timely manner n
- Operationally manage Health and Safety practices to ensure inspection compliance that result in A scores n
- Record information about inventory and health practices n
- Effectively manage customer complaints and suggestions n
- Effectively manage the food & beverage aspect of a Food & Beverage Area during events n
- Manage the efficient use of supplies during events n
- Effectively train, develop, and hold hourly Team Members accountable n
- Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed by F&B Manager n

- Proven success of effective leadership in a high-volume concessions/food & beverage environment n
- Experience and success in supervising staff in order to effectively execute a successful shift n
- Experience and success in customer service and leadership n
- Action-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude and proficiency for efficiency n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
n- n
- Must be at least 21 years old n
- 2+ years of cook / line cook experience in a leadership role n
- Food Safety Manager and ServSafe Certifications are preferred n
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written n
- Must have strong leadership and mathematical skills n
- Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills n
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast paced environment n
- Must be able to work under pressure, be decisive, and work well in a group setting n
- Ability to motivate employees and prioritize n
- Must be able to work irregular shifts to include nights, weekends, holidays as needed n

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist high n
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, bend, carry, lift, pull, and push n
