The Crowne Plaza Union Station Hotel is looking for a skilled Line Cook for the AM shift . This position directly contributes to our guest satisfaction as it is perceived in the dining experience. If you are a great team player, we would love to talk with you!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cook, prep, and plate restaurant and/or banquet food
  • Keep your work area clean during your shift
  • Prep Salad Station and Lunch/Dinner line throughout shift
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment (flat top grill, char grill, slicer, etc.)
  • Wrap, label, and date all food items
  • Other relevant tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting
  • Experience with various cooking methods and techniques
  • Knowledge of best practices for food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Team player with good communication skills
