Are you detail-oriented, driven, and great at building relationships? Custom Fabricating & Supplies is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Texas team! This role is a blend of order entry , customer service , and inside sales -you'll be responsible for processing orders accurately, managing customer relationships, and driving growth through outbound prospecting.

Enter customer orders and quotes with accuracy and efficiency in our ERP system.

Act as the first point of contact for customers-via phone, email, and in person.

Own inside sales efforts by proactively reaching out to prospects via cold calls and email to generate new business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
n n - n
Maintain accurate and organized customer records and documentation.
n n - n
Provide administrative support for the Texas branch and backup support for other locations.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Purchasing) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

What You Bring:

3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a B2B environment with inside sales and order entry responsibilities.

Confidence in cold calling and a proactive approach to generating leads.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
