In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure.
nResponsibilities
nReceive inbound calls and place outbound calls
nIdentify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information
nRefer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
nCreate appointments.
nQualifications
nExcellent phone and verbal communication skills
nUnderstanding of active listening techniques
nAbility to work well under pressure
nHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
