nWe are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure.
nResponsibilities
nReceive inbound calls and place outbound calls
nIdentify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
nRefer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
nUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
nDocument all customer interactions
nAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
nQualifications
nHigh school diploma/GED
nPrevious experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
nExcellent phone and verbal communication skills
nUnderstanding of active listening techniques
nFamiliarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
nAbility to work well under pressure
nHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
