Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations on the showroom floor, supporting and motivating a team of sales professionals.
- Oversee and manage digital lead flow, including CRM usage, follow-up cadence, and customer engagement best practices.
- Ensure timely, accurate CRM activity and accountability across the sales team, with a strong focus on digital lead conversion and pipeline discipline.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to drive performance and uphold dealership standards.
- Work closely with Sales Management to ensure goals are met in volume, gross, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize online-to-showroom conversion.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct one-on-ones, and coach team members for continual improvement.
- Represent Marin Acura with professionalism in all customer interactions.
- 3-5 years of automotive sales or management experience required.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (DealerSocket preferred), digital lead response strategies, and online customer behaviors.
- Proven track record in leadership, team development, and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds DMS, Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
- Must have a valid driver's license and California Sales License.
