Description
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and presenting our solutions to decision-makers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to refine outreach strategies
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM records accurately
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and meetings to generate leads
• Provide feedback to improve service offerings and client experience

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable with outbound calling, client presentations, and closing deals
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools
• A proactive mindset with a focus on results
