Job Description
  • Lead projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
  • Solve technical challenges with root cause analysis and data-driven solutions.
  • Support automation design, lean manufacturing initiatives, and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tooling, SOPs, and process improvements.
  • Participate in PPAP processes, FMEA reviews, and quality system compliance.

The Successful Applicant
  • B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 5-10 years' experience in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, GD&T, and SolidWorks.
  • Familiarity with automation, vision systems, and ERP systems a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
