How will you be compensated:
  • $90,000-$110,000 Base Salary
  • Uncapped New Business Commission Structure
  • Yearly Renewal Commissions

What you will do:
  • You will create trusted advising partnerships with small and middle market business owners, executives, HR Directors and/or leaders while inspiring them to achieve their desired best risk mitigation outcomes or benefit offerings
  • You will tenaciously solicit new business with focus, drive and initiative by cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead sources
  • You will successfully manage the full cycle of the sales process including:
    • Building trust and buy-in from prospective clients
    • Negotiating with integrity
    • Closing with Executive Leadership
    • Stewarding Renewals
  • You will passionately pursue continual education on laws and regulations associated with Commercial Lines Insurance Sales or Employee Benefits Sales
  • You will be based in Southern CA, with a network of colleagues local to Orange County as well as remotely throughout the US
  • We will equip you with technology and hardware to do your work from home, in the field, and 3 days a week at our beautiful Irvine office
Qualifications:
  • Current California Property & Casualty license or Life & Health license
  • Comprehensive understanding of Commercial Insurance market or Benefits market
  • Ability to learn and navigate agency technology (Applied Epic, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • 3-5 years B2B Sales experience
