What you will Do:
  • You will work in our beautiful Irvine office 5 days a week.
  • You will provide quality internal customer service to peers by maintaining relationships, managing expectations, and using professional communication that is friendly, timely and clear.
  • You will assist multiple Account Managers with the commercial insurance renewal process for our business clients in a variety of industries.
  • You will execute service requests such as policy/billing research, payments, proofs of insurance and endorsement requests
  • You will maintain client files with excellent documentation and organization of data
Qualifications
  • High school degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as ability to learn new applications
  • Current California Property & Casualty license, or required within six months of becoming an Assistant Account Manager
