Location : New York, NY
Schedule : 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Pay : $95,000 - $115,000 + commission

Your Role as Account Executive:
As an Account Executive , you'll drive new business growth and deepen strategic client relationships across verticals such as Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Entertainment, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). You'll bring a consultative, goal-oriented approach to acquiring new customers, expanding current partnerships, and exceeding sales targets in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across target verticals
  • Proactively identify new client opportunities and close new business
Expand and Retain Clients
  • Partner with Solutions Consultants to unlock strategic growth
  • Strengthen relationships with marketing leaders and decision-makers
Achieve and Report Results
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas
  • Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on trends
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align closely with Marketing to enhance the Ripple Street value proposition
  • Promote a strong team culture of collaboration and healthy competition
What You Need to Succeed:
Key Competencies
  • Proven success in consultative B2B sales
  • Strong presentation, communication, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in quota-carrying sales roles within media, adtech, or martech
  • Familiarity with CPG, shopper marketing, or agency ecosystems preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and Microsoft Office
  • Growth mindset with a passion for prospecting and closing deals
