What You'll Do:

• Connect with clients to identify their insurance and financial needs
• Present tailored solutions including auto, home, life insurance, and more
• Follow up on leads and referrals with energy and persistence
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication and genuine care
• Collaborate with me and the team to hit and exceed sales goals

Who You Are:

• A coachable, can-do attitude - you're eager to learn and grow
• Willing to work hard and do what it takes to win
• Passionate about helping people and making a difference
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required - I'll provide the training and support you need
• Be able to obtain licensing: Property & Casualty and Life & Disability

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
