nCrispelli’s Bakery is hiring a Pastry Cook for our growing brand. We are looking for a Pastry Cook who will work alongside 4 to 5 other team members in the department to produce cookies, cakes, quiche, croissants as well as other pastries and desserts for our bakery, our 6 retail locations and many wholesale customers. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is willing to learn, has attention to detail, and a focus for high quality. Students in culinary school are encouraged to apply.

nAccurately scaling recipes
nMixing, scooping and baking cookies, muffins, etc.
nMaking mousse, fillings, frosting, etc.
nAssembling tarts, quiche, cakes, and other assorted pastries and desserts
nShaping croissants and Danishes
nBaking all products as directed
nCommunicating needs with co-workers and managers
