nAs our Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our expert technicians. nWhat You'll Do:
nCustomer Champion
nWelcome each customer with genuine care and attention, gathering detailed information about their vehicle concerns
nTranslate technical issues into clear, honest explanations that customers can understand
nProvide accurate estimates and guide customers through repair options with integrity
nProcess Master
nCreate detailed, accurate work orders that set our technicians up for success
nCoordinate seamlessly between customers and technicians, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
nTrack repair progress and proactively communicate updates to keep customers informed
nGrowth Catalyst
nIdentify additional service opportunities based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle needs
nMaintain meticulous records and continuously improve our processes
nTake ownership of customer satisfaction from hello to goodbye
nWhat We're Looking For
nThe Right Experience
nBackground as a service writer, service advisor, or similar role in automotive repair or dealership environment
nSolid understanding of automotive systems and repairs (ASE certification is valued but not required)
nValid driver's license
