Local Team Collaboration: Join our close-knit team of 12 physicians and 4 APPs at Fairview Park Hospital. Leading the hospitalist and working with the C-suite to achieve the highest standards for core measures and patient satisfaction. 2022, 2023, 2004, 2025 CMS 5-STAR hospital rating Qualifications: ABIM or ABFM certified with significant prior hospitalist experience, preferred at a large tertiary, academic hospital. Approximately 85% clinical, 15% administrative Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Collaborate with the Hospitalist Director and Assistant Director. Practice in the Heart of Central Georgia
Scheduling: 7 on, 7 off, mostly clinical with some protected administrative time. Responsibilities: Help support the C-suite and Sound Regional Medical Director’s efforts in utilization management, compliance, and clinical documentation improvement at Fairview Park Hospital. Collaborate with administration to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings and provide ongoing education and support to our network of physicians. Living and Working in Central, GA Dublin is 45 minutes SE of Macon and Warner Robbins and 2 hours S of Atlanta. Dublin is a captivating city filled with Southern charm and vibrant culture, and it offers a delightful blend of history, hospitality, and fun. Downtown Dublin is charming, adorned with historic architecture, unique shops, and numerous dining options. Nature enthusiasts can immerse themselves in the great outdoors, from scenic hikes along the Oconee River to fishing and boating in several lakes. Living in Macon or Warner Robbins is also an option.
