About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product, Growth & Monetization to spearhead the strategic and hands-on efforts in driving the product-led growth motion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-impact team and will play a critical role in accelerating the company's growth by focusing on acquisition, onboarding, and conversion, particularly from free to paid. This leadership position demands a data-driven individual with a deep understanding of PLG mechanics, a proven track record in moving key metrics through product changes, and expertise in pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for SaaS products. The VP will be expected to own and drive the end-to-end strategy, build seamless user flows, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product investments align with revenue goals. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within SaaS organizations. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, comfort with experimentation, and a collaborative leadership style with a bias for action and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to operationalize continuous user insight generation and embed it into product decisions at scale, as well as experience in scaling product teams and defining organizational structures that enable autonomy, alignment, and fast iteration. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to balance strategy and execution, and to stay hands-on with experimentation, analytics, and go-to-market initiatives.
