Butler Hospitality is operating the Food and Beverage Departments with our partner hotels in Salt Lake City. We are located at The Radisson-Salt Lake City Airport. We are actively hiring new PREP COOKS!
Full-time US-based position and authorized to work in the US

- Report to the manager in charge (Chef, General Manager, Sous Chef).
- Executes all recipes, plating, and cooking techniques set by brand standards
- Work with staff members to complete kitchen tasks
- Ensure that all food is tasted prior to serving to guest
- Follow proper storage and rotation of product
- Some familiarity with standard portion sizes, cooking techniques, and overall kitchen etiquette
- Worked an 8-hour shift in a kitchen
- Know local sanitation laws and take personal care of how food is handled and properly produce
- 6 months experience as a restaurant expediter or prior cooking
