This role offers a unique opportunity to lead electrical engineering design and consulting for complex power systems within the energy sector. You’ll have the chance to mentor junior engineers, lead project teams, engage with clients, and drive business development for the growing energy transition portfolio.nResponsibilities:nnEngineering Leadership: Lead the electrical engineering design and consulting efforts for complex power systems across a variety of sectors, including power generation, renewable energy, and transmission & distribution networks.nClient Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, propose innovative solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.nTeam Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and professional development opportunities.nBusiness Development: Participate in business growth strategy, contributing to the development of new project opportunities and expanding the company’s energy transition portfolio.nProject Planning & Execution: Oversee the preparation of project proposals, including scope development, manhour estimates, and engineering service proposals.
