In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in power connector application and design, while contributing to the development and support of our products.nAbout the Role:nnProduct Development & Design: You will learn all aspects of power connector application and design criteria, including sand castings, foundry operations, and machine shop procedures. You will also develop new and custom products and provide cost estimates.nTechnical Support: You will provide technical support to the Sales Department, Agents, and customers, assisting with product recommendations and troubleshooting technical issues.nTesting & Quality Assurance: You will perform mechanical and electrical tests on products and support the company's Quality Assurance and Safety programs.nDocumentation & Support: You will assist in catalog updates and the development of technical and promotional literature.nnWho You Are:nnEducated Professional: You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.nEntry-Level/Early Career: You have 0-2 years of relevant experience.nTechnically Proficient: You have experience with 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor preferred).nA Strong Communicator: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.nMotivated & Driven: You have a desire and ability to obtain a Professional Engineer license.nnPreferred Qualifications:nnExperience with power engineering, power utilities, or power substations.nnAdditional Requirements:nnAbility to travel to customer sites, both domestic and international, as needed.nnAdditional Info:nnSalary Range: $60,000 - $66,000nnReady to Join Our Team?nIf you are a talented and motivated Engineer with a passion for learning and a desire to contribute to the success of our company, please apply and reach out to Brian Ray at or call 470-415-8255.
