Location: Feather Sound Country Club - Clearwater, FL
Schedule: 32 hours/week | Weekends & select weekdays required
Compensation: Hourly | Uniform provided | No benefits
About the Role:
Feather Sound Country Club is seeking a part-time Grill Cook / Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This position includes grilling and serving food for golfers 3 days per week on the course, along with assisting in the kitchen as needed. We value a positive attitude, attention to cleanliness, and a team-oriented work ethic.
Location: Feather Sound Country Club - 2201 Feather Sound Drive Clearwater, Florida 33765
Responsibilities

• Grill and serve burgers, hot dogs, chicken, and other meats on the golf course
• Assist with basic meal prep (cutting vegetables, prepping meats, plating, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following food safety and sanitation protocols
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to members and guests
• Support the kitchen team with restocking, cleaning, and prep work
• Follow all safety guidelines and club policies
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and General Manager

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Basic cooking and prep skills
• Good communication and customer service attitude
• Ability to work safely and independently
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must adhere to club appearance standards (uniform provided)
• Able to work in and around the Florida sun while hydrating often.
