nBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring a Systems Engineer (Associate or Experienced Level) at Hill Air Force Base in Utah . Boeing has an established legacy of national defense through our Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) programs. Our involvement is ongoing today and will continue into the distant future. nPosition Responsibilities:

Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.

Evaluates customer and /operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.

Performs functional and logical system decomposition.
n n - n
Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
n n - n
Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.

Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.

Resolves cross-functional technical issues.

Performs Systems engineering tasks in a Digital environment using MBSE (SYSML), Doors, IPDM or other tools.

Develops validation and verification plans, procedures, and artifacts. Performs data analysis to support validation and verification. Traces artifacts to requirements to show closure.

Performs complex electrical/electronic system integration and testing

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.

Typically 2 or more years' related technical engineering work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5 or more years' work experience or and equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

Previous Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) and complex encryption systems experience

Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience and/or certifications

nSummary pay range: Level 2: $ 81,600 - $ 110,400
nSummary pay range Level 3 $97,750 - $132,250
