The Company is excited to announce the opening for a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, a pivotal role that will manage and expand our relationships with the largest broker and consulting firms nationwide. If you have a passion for enhancing the healthcare system and the expertise to drive business growth, this opportunity is for you!

In this role, you will take charge of daily operations relating to key partnerships, with a focus on understanding client needs and enhancing our market presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing a comprehensive business development plan
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Coordinating across sales, product, and business development teams
  • Designing a data-driven approach to monitor partnership success

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the employee benefits consulting space, particularly in managing relationships with consultants and brokers. A strong track record of managing complex projects, meeting goals under pressure, and a comprehensive understanding of national employer health benefits consultants is essential.
