Job Title: MS Endpoint Engineer

Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced MS Endpoint Engineer to support the delivery of Microsoft cloud, security, and infrastructure projects for small and mid-sized clients. This role requires a strong technical background in Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and cybersecurity, with the ability to lead implementation efforts across multiple projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, engaging directly with clients, and delivering high-quality results across a variety of environments and use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Implement identity and access management solutions using Azure AD, Entra Domain Services, and Azure AD Connect.
  • Configure and manage endpoint security and compliance policies using Intune, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Perform data and email migrations from platforms such as Google Workspace, on-prem Exchange, or file shares to Microsoft 365.
  • Join and provision devices using Windows Autopilot or manual enrollment, including factory resets and post-deployment configuration.
  • Support deployment of virtual desktop environments, including Azure Virtual Desktop or similar solutions.
  • Deploy and configure security tools such as SIEM, MDR, or SOC platforms; define alerting rules and response procedures.
  • Create and manage user accounts, groups, and group policy objects (GPOs) for resource access and device management.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to define requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Prepare documentation and deliver client training and knowledge transfer at project completion.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of identity, access, and endpoint security in Microsoft environments.
  • Experience with email and data migrations, user provisioning, and policy deployment.
  • Ability to lead technical implementations from planning to handoff with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and client-facing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, SC-300) or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra Domain Services, and third-party SIEM/MDR tools.
  • Experience supporting small to mid-sized clients or working in a consulting/MSP environment.
