Job Title : Process Automation Engineer

Location : Lexington, MA (Hybrid)

Duration : 10 Months Contract

Job Description:

• Supplemental Team support to Implement Changes to our Delta V system.
n
• Develop detailed design for change functionality described in CAPA and Change Controls
n
• Develop Solution working with the team to ensure consistent approach with our team.
n
• Develop Implementation Plan
n
• Redline Documentation
n
• Assist with development of Commissioning Test Protocols
n
• Assist with development of Qualification Test Protocols
n
• Implement Changes in our Development Delta V environment, Migrate to our Verification Environment for testing.
n
• Migrate tested and documented code to production environment when Manufacturing schedule permits.
n
• Perform any testing in the production environment if required.
n
• Close out change control documentation.
n

Skills required.

n
• Engineering Degree, (Chemical, Computer Systems, Electrical)
n
• Minimum seven to ten years’ experience
n
• Focus on Process Automation for Biologics manufacturing.
n
• Experience with Emerson Delta V
n
• Experience with Kneat protocol development.
n
