Job Goal:
To provide students and staff with an attractive, safe, and well-maintained facilities in which to work and learn.
Responsibilities:
• Operate motorized vehicles and equipment
• Operate, install, and maintain heating, plumbing, and electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, and all other equipment
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism
Qualifications :
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Working knowledge of the methods and tools used in maintenance and repair work.
• A Journeyman's License in one of the building trades is desirable.
• Licensed to apply pesticides if needed.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience preferred.
Hours per day: 4
Days per week: 5
Days per year: 260
Anticipated start date: ASAP
