Automatic and Commercial Door company seeking a Service coordinator to join our team! Individual will be responsible for assisting service manager with overseeing and managing all service requests from customers.
nResponsibilities:
nAccept, dispatch, and monitor incoming service calls .
nTelephone answering
nParts tracking
nTrack calls and update customers on call progress frequently
nEstablish and build relationships with customers
nEstablish and build relationships with vendors and subcontractors
nAssist with managing field operations with service techs
nInventory tracking
nSchedule follow up calls for work satisfaction with customers
nQualifications:
nPrevious experience in service, dispatch, sales, customer service, or other related fields
nFamiliarity with CRM platforms
nAbility to build rapport with clients
nStrong negotiation skills
nStrong communication skills
nDeadline and detail-oriented
nFamiliarity with Quickbooks
nGreat Multitasker
