Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Must Have: Hands-on experience with kdb+ and q programming language
• Solid understanding of time-series data and database internals
• Experience with real-time data ingestion and analytics pipelines
• Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, or IoT data (preferred)
• Exposure to scripting languages like Python or Shell for automation
• Understanding of Linux/Unix environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and performance tuning expertise
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain kdb+/q solutions for real-time and historical data processing
• Build performant data pipelines and analytics workflows using KX technologies
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate kdb+ into larger enterprise systems
• Optimize queries and database schemas for performance and scalability
• Support deployment, monitoring, and incident management for kdb+ environments
• Contribute to documentation and best practices for kdb+ development Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Good communication Stakeholder management
Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 a Year
