We pride ourselves on creating a top-tier culinary experience, and we are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items on the grill according to club standards and member preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized grill station at all times
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist in daily prep
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Ensure proper portion control and minimize food waste
• Adapt to changing menus or special event needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of grill cook or line cook experience in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of proper grilling techniques and kitchen safety practices
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Culinary school training is a plus but not required
