Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced with SAP and customer service? We are currently seeking a qualified Order Entry Specialist to join a leading manufacturer of wet and dry chemical products. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity offering stability and room for growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer orders into the company's SAP ERP system, meeting a daily goal of processing 20+ complex orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels: phone, email, and in-person.
• Respond to inquiries about order status, product availability, freight details, and payment information.
• Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate inter-departmental processes for shipping and billing.
• Serve as backup for front-desk receptionist duties, including managing invoicing paperwork.
• Stay current on inventory levels and product availability to provide accurate information to customers.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all order transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of consistent work history in order entry, customer service, or administrative support.
• Proficient in SAP Systems and SPS Commerce.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
• Prior experience in in-office customer service environments.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
