Nectar is hiring Account Executives to join the team! As an AE, you will work closely with both prospective clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of Nectar's value proposition. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a sales environment, a strong ability to develop relationships, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals. Qualify leads and manage a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver engaging and informative product demos and presentations to prospective clients. Tailor your approach based on the customer's unique needs and challenges.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth goals. Effectively move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Understand customer needs and act as a trusted advisor to provide tailored solutions that drive value.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, address objections, and manage the contract process. Close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and fostering a positive customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales progress and forecast pipeline to leadership.
- 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, ideally within SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Strong ability to build relationships and effectively communicate value propositions to key stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools. (HubSpot, Gong, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
